Frankfurt School has an extensive project experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a regional office established in Kenya in 2008. Since then, we have implemented Technical Assistance (TA) projects in almost all Sub-Saharan African states, which cover a wide range of thematic areas, with a particular focus on MSME Lending, Fund Management, Women Banking & Empowerment, Renewable Energy Finance, Digital Financial Services, as well as HR Training & Development.
Our in-depth regional knowledge and experience has also enabled us to implement multiple regional and multi-country framework programmes. Given the lasting impact of climate change and food security on Sub-Saharan Africa, we expect to continue offering our expertise in the areas of Climate and Sustainable Finance, as well as Rural and Smart Agri-finance. More information about some of our flagship projects in the region can be found below.
