Project Overview

Frankfurt School has supported the Ethiopian Institute of Financial Studies (EIFS), attached to the National Bank of Ethiopia, with training and capacity building services for over a decade.

The current Project started in 2016 and includes the design, development and delivery of training programmes for private banks and insurance companies. The aim is to upgrade the competency level of the financial sector and bring expertise and diversity into Ethiopia’s financial sector based on international best practices.

Under this ongoing Project, Frankfurt School has delivered more than 400 trainings to staff members of Ethiopian private banks and insurance companies. Frankfurt School’s Senior Training Experts develop tailor-made training curricula and materials to deliver trainings for various professional levels across a wide variety of management, technical and soft skills, which are detailed below:
