Frankfurt School started working in the Latin American and the Caribbean region in the late 90s. Since then, the financial sectors of most countries in Latin America have grown and become much more inclusive and competitive. Thus, our focus has also shifted from classic financial development and risk management topics to climate-smart agriculture, women banking, as well as MSME finance and Financial Inclusion in the Caribbean region.
To date, we have implemented multiple Technical Assistance (TA) assignments in Central America, the Andean countries and the Caribbean. In addition, we have conducted demand studies, trainings, as well as workshops for our partner institutions as part of our institution building activities. We are also proficient in regional and multi-country framework projects. With our regional office in Latin America & the Caribbean, we are able to effectively contribute to the region’s goals in sustainable financial development.
