Frankfurt School was tasked to develop a tailored coaching programme for the executive management of Dashen Bank. The programme is based on a 360° assessment of performance gaps of the target group.
The project consists of the following core components:
Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future.
The primary coaching approach supports the mentee in taking ownership in his/her development. Through this programme, FS coaches help the mentee to discover insights that lead to their own lasting solutions, develop their own skills and change their own behaviours and attitudes. The sessions will also help mentees to build their confidence and to hold themselves accountable for their own growth and development.
This project contributes to SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all).
