Around 2,200 students seized the opportunity on November 4 and 5 to meet potential employers during this year’s Career Days at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. With 84 participating companies and around 500 corporate representatives – including approximately 100 alumni – the event once again underscored its status as the leading career fair in the Rhine-Main region for career orientation, recruiting, and networking.

Three formats – one shared goal: Creating career opportunities
The FS Career Days 2025 comprised three elements: the on-campus Career Day on November 4, an exclusive series of workshops followed by a Career Breakfast on November 5, and a virtual Career Day in the afternoon. The combination of in-person meetings and digital formats provided students and employers with diverse opportunities for exchange.

Particularly popular were the nine hands-on workshops hosted by BlackRock, Citi, Deutsche Börse, Dr. Oetker, EY, KPMG, Leonteq Securities, Moody’s, and PwC. All 550 spots were filled within a short time. The subsequent Career Breakfast in the Frankfurt School foyer offered a unique chance to engage with company representatives and alumni in an informal setting.

The virtual Career Day on November 5 once again proved to be a valuable addition to the on-campus event. Around 1,000 students and 343 company representatives used the digital format for networking, presentations and online sessions.

Positive feedback and new corporate partners
This year, Career Services was also able to attract numerous new companies from various sectors to participate in the FS Career Days – including CBRE, cosnova, E.ON, ECE Group, the European Central Bank, Helaba, Metro, and Rödl & Partner. This further broadened the range of industries represented.

The consistently positive feedback once again confirms the relevance of FS Career Days as a central platform for exchange between talented individuals and employers – and its firm place in Frankfurt School's annual calendar.

The Frankfurt School Career Services Team, consisting of Career Counselling and Event & Employer Relations, prepared students for the FS Career Days with a comprehensive programme of workshops, training sessions and individual career counselling – covering all aspects of applications, selection procedures and interviews. In addition, the team was responsible for organising and running the entire event – from on-campus activities and workshops to the virtual fair – and provided dedicated support to students throughout the event.
