Fernando Levy Hara will take up a guest lectureship in the Master in Real Estate at Frankfurt School from September 2025. The Harvard Instructor will teach the lectures Real Estate Cycles International, Real Estate Deal Negotiations & International Real Estate Strategies and Cross-border Investments.

Frankfurt School will be offering the Master in Real Estate programme from August 2025. The programme is international in scope and comprehensively covers the various facets of real estate management. In addition to the two main topics of financing and investment, this also includes project development, transaction and investment structuring, real estate banking and capital markets, sustainability, digitalisation, AI and ethics. The four-semester programme is taught in English. It is primarily aimed at students with a business administration or comparable background and offers a flexible 3-day model that allows students to work alongside their studies.
Fernando Levy Hara
Fernando Levy Hara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He received his Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires in 1989 and his Master's in Urban Economy degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 1999. In 2010, he graduated from the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He was Professor of Real Estate Development in the Master in Urban Economy at Universidad Di Tella in Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2008 and is LEED-AP certified by the US Green Building Council.
Today he is an instructor of International Deal Negotiation and International Real Strategies at Harvard School of Design. He is also founding board member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board.
