Frankfurt School's full-time MBA is ranked first in Germany in the QS World University Rankings 2025 published today. Worldwide, the programme has improved by five positions compared to the previous year to 40th place out of 340 programmes examined. The programme achieved very good results in the Employability and Return on Investment categories in particular.
In addition to the MBA, QS also assessed three Frankfurt School Master’s programmes in the 2025 rankings – the Master of Finance, the Master in Management and the Master in Applied Data Science – with almost all programmes improving on the previous year. All programmes are among the top performers in Germany.
Globally, Frankfurt School's Master of Finance is ranked 45th out of 222 programmes assessed (Europe 25, Germany 2) improving three places compared to the previous year. The Master in Management also achieved 45th place worldwide (Europe 33, Germany 4) and is placed in the top quartile of all 206 programmes assessed. The QS Ranking 2025 for the Master in Business Analytics lists Frankfurt School's Master in Applied Data Science among the best 51-60 of 164 programmes surveyed worldwide (Europe 20, Germany 2). All programmes perform particularly well in the important Employability category.
The annual rankings assess criteria such as ‘Employability’, ‘Value for Money’, ‘Thought Leadership’, ‘Diversity’ and ‘Career Outcomes’ and are based on a survey of employers and universities worldwide. In total, the responses from around 59,000 company employees and 50,000 university members were included in the results.
“Our top positions in the QS rankings – especially in the Employability category – demonstrate the success of our approach of combining academic excellence with practical relevance. I am particularly pleased that our Master's in Applied Data Science is one of the twelve best programmes of its kind in the world in terms of employability. Today, digitalisation plays a key role in determining the success or failure of companies. Frankfurt School is in an excellent position to provide future managers with the knowledge they need to succeed in a changing world and tap into new potential.”
Vera Hübner, Chief Marketing Officer, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
