29 September: Strengthening communication skills - Workshop with experienced radio and TV journalist Bärbel Schäfer

On 29 September 2025, an exclusive practice-oriented workshop for female students took place with the renowned radio and TV journalist Bärbel Schäfer. The focus was on impulses regarding voice and expression, body language and word choice, as well as practical exercises to strengthen personal presence and impact.

DOUGLAS Group CEO Sander van der Laan visits Frankfurt School

With Dutch charm and humor, Sander van der Laan, CEO of the DOUGLAS Group, inspired students, alumni, and friends of the Frankfurt School at the CEO Talk on September 9. Under the title “How to become and remain a market leader – the evolution of the DOUGLAS Group,” he spoke about his personal career, the transformation from a local perfumery to an omnichannel retailer, and the success factors for market leadership in the premium retail segment. You can read the full news here.

Value-based and responsible: Accenture DACH CEO Christina Raab outlines must-dos for AI use

How can companies utilise the potential of artificial intelligence? How does it affect individual workplaces? How can managers take a credible and inspiring lead to implement it responsibly? And what is artificial intelligence? Under the motto "Bringing Reinvention to Life", Christina Raab, DACH CEO of Accenture, outlined the innovation potential of artificial intelligence (AI). Around 100 students, alumni, faculty members and friends of Frankfurt School attended the event.

4. März 2024: Martina Neske, CHOM Capital Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin  

„Faszination Unternehmertum, Faszination Nachhaltigkeit“ lautete der Titel des Vortrags, von CHOM Capital Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin Martina Neske am 4. März 2024 an der Frankfurt School. Sie sprach in der Reihe „FS Women’s Society“, in der berufserfahrene, erfolgreiche Frauen sich mit Studentinnen, Absolventinnen und Freunden der Frankfurt School über ihre Erfahrungen aus dem Berufsleben austauschen hier.

"A Diversity Ambassador in the PE Sector" was the motto of the CEO Talk with Sadia Wern-Sukhera. On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the founder and CEO of Vertevis Capital discussed success factors for founding a company with students, alumni and friends of Frankfurt School. Passion for the project, perseverance to overcome setbacks and obstacles and energy are crucial - because you have to work around the clock, especially at the beginning. More informations here
