Our customers - our results

Our approach: Co-creative project management

Clients and participants in qualification and development programmes rightly expect one thing: the budget and time allocated should enable a high degree of benefit for daily work and at the same time provide an attractive, motivating learning experience. That is why we work out these requirements in the best possible way by offering a co-creative project management for complex challenges. Thus, further education as an in-house project becomes a benefit for your company and your employees.

In the design phase, we create customized training programs that optimally match the learning and change objectives agreed with you. As a business school we have a comprehensive portfolio of training methods and learning media at our disposal. The result of our design can be a single compact seminar or a blended learning approach structured in terms of time.

The decisive factor is that your goals will be realized.

We have selected some of our projects as examples:

This short “workshop report” from a newly launched in-house project provides an example of how we work co-creatively with our clients to specify programme requirements and components step by step, and then fine-tune the design of the various modules that comprise an effective digitalisation programme.
