Learning Target
Das Seminar führt in die Thematik alternativer Investments ein, grenzt diese ab und nimmt eine Kategorisierung alternativer Investments vor. Es stellt Eigenschaften und Charakteristika verschiedener alternativer Anlageformen dar. Einige Formen alternativer Anlagen wie Hedge Funds, die Bereiche Private Equity und Private Debt oder Infrastruktur-Investments – auch in erneuerbare Energien – werden genauer vorgestellt, ebenso Crypto-Assets. Sowohl praktische Einsatzmöglichkeiten, das regulatorische Umfeld als auch Herausforderungen und mögliche künftige Entwicklungspfade werden diskutiert. Zum Schluss werden Möglichkeiten zur Modellierung alternativer Investments (bspw. für das VaR Ziel) genannt und das Proxy-Verfahren an einem Beispiel genauer vorgestellt.
