1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management gGmbH (Frankfurt School), Adickesallee 32-34, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany
2. Eligibility
Eligible are Frankfurt School’s social media channels (refer below) users worldwide who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and are middle and/or senior female managers that would like to attend the FS Leadership Winter Academy. Each participant can send her comment via email or post on social media channels only once. Making several comments will not increase the chance to win.
3. Agreement to Conditions
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Frankfurt School, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The contest is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany and disputes arising from or in connection with the contest are settled by the courts of the City of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
4. Participation
In order to take part in the contest, participants only need to submit their answers to the following question: How do you think leaders should motivate their teams and employees? The answer should be posted on Frankfurt School’s social media channels between October 16th and October 18th, 2019 (CET). Frankfurt School reserves the right to disqualify any participants who manipulate the comments or breach the conditions of participation. A disqualification is also possible if any suspicion of manipulation or breach of the conditions of participation exists. Participating in this contest is free of charge. The chances of winning are independent of the purchase of any product offered by Frankfurt School. Frankfurt School will not bear any cost for participants related to this contest.
5. Participation Period and Prize
The contest will take place between October 16th, 2019 and October 18th, 2019 starting at 12:00 noon (CET) on Frankfurt School’s Executive Education social media channels. The first prize will be a 70% scholarship for the Leadership Winter Academy, the second prize will 50% and third prize a 30% scholarship for the Leadership Winter Academy. Regular tuition fee for this programme is 4,300 EUR. This fee includes the course fee, all training materials and full-board accommodation in single rooms for the time of training and does not cover travel costs. The lucky winners will be selected through a random drawing from the comments posted on Frankfurt School’s social media channels. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The winners will be announced after the end of the participation period on Frankfurt School’s social media channels and via e-mail. The winners have to register for the Leadership Winter Academy by Nov 25th, 2019. If the winners do not register for the programme before the mentioned deadline, the claim for the prize will be forfeited.
6. Privacy Policy
For the participation in the contest no personal details will be required. The winner will only be requested to share full name, email address, postal address and birth date throughout the registration process for the Leadership Winter Academy. 7. Disclaimer / Amendment in the conditions of participation
Frankfurt School is not responsible for the availability of the Frankfurt School’s social media channels. Frankfurt School is not responsible for any transmission errors. Frankfurt School reserves the right to amend these conditions of participations at any time and without giving reasons, in particular the extent of force majeure or any reason that Frankfurt School cannot influence.
8. Miscellaneous
This Contest is not connected to Facebook. Furthermore, Facebook does not organize, support or sponsor this contest in any way. The recipient of information provided by participants is not Facebook but Frankfurt School. The information provided by the participants on Facebook will only be used for the Contest. Participants cannot hold Facebook liable for anything related to the Contest (especially related to the publication and organization). Any question, comment or complaint to the Contest has to be clarified with Frankfurt School and not with Facebook. This contest is not connected to Frankfurt School’s Executive Education social media channels. Further, Frankfurt School’s social media channels do not organize, support or sponsor this contest in any way. The recipient of information provided by participants is not Frankfurt School’s social media channels but Frankfurt School. Frankfurt School’s social media channels cannot be held responsible for any liability related to the contest (especially related with the publication and organization).
