The Sustainable World Academy's Diploma programmes run twice a year, commencing at the beginning of March and the beginning of September.
Our blended Diploma programmes are 12-month, part-time trainings, designed to be undertaken alongside full-time work and/or other obligations. Aside from a few deadlines, the programmes take a very flexible approach, allowing participants to create their own study schedule. Participants will also attend a one-week summer training programme: the Frankfurt School Summer Academy.
The Diploma in Financial Inclusion programme awards a total of 20 ECTS (academic credit points of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System). These points can later be credited to other academic learning programs. Participants can personalise their curriculum by choosing three or four of our Certified Expert courses.
Participants must take at least two Financial Inclusion courses in the Diploma. In addition, participants have the option of choosing one Certified Expert course from the entire e-Campus portfolio.
Participants must take a total of 18 ECTS before they can start the assignment.
Possible Combinations:
1. 3 x 6-ECTS course + Assignment (2 ECTS) = 20 ECTS
2. 2 x 6-ECTS course + 2 x 3-ECTS course + Assignment (2 ECTS) = 20 ECTS
* Curriculum subject to change
As part of their Diploma studies, participants will attend the Frankfurt School Summer Academy. Participants can choose one track from the various specialist tracks offered in our one-week summer programme.
Following this on-site training, participants must complete a final assignment (2 ECTS) in order to finish the Diploma.
The aim of the assignment is to provide you with the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge that you have gained over the course of the programme. It is this assignment that proves that you have become an expert in the field of financial inclusion. It also demonstrates that you are able to perform critical analysis of a given problem and draw conclusions relevant for your professional activities. Furthermore, the assignment proves that you can describe and evaluate both the activities and results in a well-written format.
