Prof. Dr. Christian Schulze

Christian Schulze is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He was a visiting researcher at the University of Texas in Austin (2012) and at Boston University (2015). Prior to his career in academia, he was a business consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Christian is an expert on digital media and electronic commerce. His research and opinions have been featured in national and international press articles, such as by The Economist, BusinessWeek.com, Jyllands Postens, People's China Daily, Harvard Business Manager, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, WirtschaftsWoche Online or Manager Magazin Online. He is also a frequent guest on radio (Deutschlandfunk, hr, NDR, WDR) and TV programs (ARD, ZDF, SAT1, hr). More.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Winter has a degree in business administration from Munich's renowned Ludwig-Maximilians-University and a doctorate from the Bundeswehr University in Munich.

He received his doctorate in 1998 for the well-regarded development of an integrated "Theory of the Observer", a fundamental work on consulting methods based on systems theory.

Prof. Dr. Winter successfully worked as a Consultant, Coach and in Executive Education for companies and top decision-makers. He is an expert in Integrated Corporate Development and Founder & CEO of Winter Management Consultants.

In his work, he has gained experience in many industries and is just as familiar with supporting SMEs as with working in corporate structures. His many years of consulting experience at C level and for supervisory bodies primarily include the areas of strategy, change management, leadership and management development.

In addition to his consulting mandates, Prof. Dr. Winter as a lecturer at several universities, such as the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, the ZfU International Business School and the Danube University Krems.

Prof. Dr. Ellen Enkel

Prof Ellen E

Ellen Enkel is a Full Professor of Business Administration and Mobility, Faculty of Engineering, at the University of Duisburg-Essen. As of 2021, Prof. Enkel also serves as Director for the Institute of Mobility Transformation (MOTION) at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Prior to joining the University of Duisburg-Essen in March 2020, she was Professor of Innovation at the Zeppelin University of Friedrichshafen, where she led the Dr. Manfred Bischoff Institute of Innovation Management of Airbus Group. Important parts of her research on open innovation, digital business models and ecosystems she conducted from 1998-2008 at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) as well as visiting researcher at the Harvard Business School (US) and London School of Economics (UK).

Prof. Enkel´s research focuses on digital transformation, ecosystems and open innovation, which she has published in various articles in journals like R&D Management Journal, Technovation, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Innovation Management and Journal of Technology Transfer the last decade. She works with top companies like BMW, Audi, VIG, Airbus and BASF to transfer her research into practice and create impact.
