Professor Dr Philipp Sandner

Blockchain, according to attendees and Professor Sandner, is an extremely hot topic, which is discussed all around the world. However, will technology be such a game-changer as some observers hope and others are afraid of? The point was made, that the discussion about artificial intelligence has been going on since the 1960s, but its applications are only now created in larger numbers. Another remark was related to the enormous energy consumption in the case of the cryptocurrency bitcoin. The concern is that this could cause shortages.
