Frankfurt School Alumnus Tim Brückner has been appointed Chairman of the Board at Fair Value REIT-AG. On May 20, 2019, he will succeed Ingo Hartlief. On February 1, Tim Brückner started as Chief Financial Officer at DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG. The Fair Value REIT-AG, located in Gräfelfing, specialises on the acquisition, rental, management as well as sales of commercial real estate. In 2015, the DEMIRE AG acquired the Fair Value REIT-AG with an share value of 79.39 percent.

Tim Brückner

Tim Brückner is a certified banking professional; in 2005, he earned his Masters’ in Banking & Finance, from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He also successfully completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Frankfurt School in 2004. "We congratulate Tim on this great career step and wish him all the best for his future", says Angelika Werner, Vice President Strategic Relations at the Frankfurt School, who, with her team, is responsible for the alumni relations at FS.

Tim Brückner looks back on many years of experience in the banking and real estate sector. He started his career in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. From 2007 to 2012, Tim Brückner held a management position for M&A with a focus on real estate at the international investment bank Rothschild. Until 2019, he was CEO of a subsidiary of the leading German real estate service provider CORPUS SIREO Real Estate.
