Second M&A modelling workshop for Alumni

The second edition of the M&A workshop exclusively for FS alumni was held at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from June 29 to 30, 2018. Again, Simon Hirst, visiting Professor for Mergers & Acquisitions at Frankfurt School conducted the workshop, performing several live exercises in building sets of financial statements and putting a case study into practice. Simon has almost 30 years of work experience and held various leadership positions within the M&A and Private Equity industries.

The intro session on Friday was followed by drinks and snacks on the terrace of the executive lounge, where the alumni enjoyed networking and the midsummer breeze.
