DESIGN

We consider the options before proposing solutions

At the design stage, we devise tailormade training programmes that perfectly match the agreed learning targets and change management objectives. During this development phase, we save time and money by applying the best-practice standards that characterise our open seminar programme. As a business school, we have access to a comprehensive portfolio of educational methods and study materials. We combine them into the optimal mix for each specific programme’s training and knowledge-transfer phase. The end-result of our design activity may be a single compact seminar, or it may be a carefully timetabled blended-learning approach. What matters is that we achieve the educational and practical objectives we agreed for the relevant target audience.

The tools we work with:
  • Survey options
  • Coaching
  • Business simulations
  • E-learning/blended learning
  • Classroom sessions
  • Case studies
  • Keynote presentations
Our approach

Thanks to our co-creative project management approach, we ensure that in-house projects are a true win-win for both programme participants and client companies.

Co-creative project management

Our clients, as well as the participants in our educational and training programmes, have every right to expect one thing: that the budget and time spent on each programme should make a top-quality contribution to everyday productivity – while also delivering an engaging, motivating learning experience. This is why we spend so much of the design phase taking an in-depth look at each client’s guidelines, circumstances and requirements. In the case of complex challenges, the most effective way to map out these requirements is to offer our clients co-creative project management – an approach based on our experience, which has shown that by pooling knowledge, you can reduce the complexity of the many factors that contribute to the success of training and development programmes. To achieve this, we involve clients and course participants in the programme development process. This means we can take a step-by-step approach to refining the programme’s objectives, content, and study and working formats. And this process also builds trust, by empowering employees and other stakeholders to review and approve every aspect of the educational or training programme.
