Die Auszubildenden lernen verschiedene Strategien, Abläufe und Methoden kennen, mit denen sie sich Inhalte selbst aneignen können. Vermittelt werden Lernvorgänge von der Beschaffung des Lernstoffes bis hin zum vertiefenden Wiederholen. Ziel des Seminars ist die Befähigung zum selbstgesteuerten, effektiven Lernen.
