We are currently seeking to recruit a Transaction Manager (all genders) for our microfinance business to be based in our Frankfurt office. We offer a compe­titive compensation package together with a lean organizational structure and a pleasant multi-cultural working environ­ment.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Contact person for microfinance institutions (MFIs), custodian bank, fronting bank and payment agent for all payment- and transaction-related issues;
  • KYC/AML documentation; support to compliance officer;
  • Customization and finalization of loan agreements;
  • Leading communication with MFIs, fronting bank and payment agent to facilitate and finalize loan disbursements;
  • Other administrative tasks and support to portfolio management.
  • Vocational training, studies and/or first work experience in banking, finance, management or administration;  
  • Reliability, commitment, pro-activeness and hands-on mentality;
  • Willingness to work on international topics in an international team;
  • Business fluency in German, English and preferably, another UN working language;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • EU work and residence permit.
