We are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in our „Degree Programmes“ department.

Your responsibilites:

We offer a varied range of tasks in our "Academic Operations" team. The tasks include:

  • central planning of our academic programmes, in particular timetabling and room bookings for courses
  • working closely with Programme Management to plan and staff modules
  • communication with internal and external lecturers
  • preparation of schedules and calendars
  • supporting the standardisation and digitalisation of planning processes
  • preparation of data reports and analyses on resource utilisation

We offer you a job with a high degree of personal responsibility and independence, integrated into a committed team. You will be a technical expert in all aspects of planning and, depending on your previous experience, you will also be able to contribute to projects.

Requirements:
  • University degree or comparable experience, preferably in higher education
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • You are characterised by an independent and analytical way of working, so that you always keep an overview and organise your work independently.
  • At the same time, you enjoy developing solutions together and are skilled at communicating with stakeholders from different areas.
  • Experience in the use of different software, especially in the area of IT-supported planning processes, is an advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your personal profile.
